Through your contributions, you have helped Rolls-Royce Motor Cars earn the respect and admiration of our clients, our dealer partners, the media, and enthusiasts around the world. You can be immensely proud of your unique and invaluable role in shaping our story.

This year, we are recognising 52 colleagues whose anniversaries together represent an extraordinary 630 years of service. That depth of knowledge and experience is fundamental to our future, and it is particularly pleasing to see celebrations taking place in our regional offices — a powerful reminder that our success is built by people across the whole of Rolls-Royce.

We have marked a number of important milestones this year: the launch of Black Badge Spectre, the most powerful Rolls-Royce in history; the centenary of Phantom, our icon of icons; and progress on the ongoing site extension, which will underpin our next chapter. Each of these achievements reflects complex projects that demand collaboration and teamwork across the entire organisation — and every individual plays a vital role.

Whilst Phantom’s centenary reminds us of our past and present, we are equally focused on building what comes next. These are exciting and challenging times for our company, and I am honoured to share this transformational journey with you.
